Responsibilities

  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; identifying and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution as required.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about products and services.
  • Track, read and respond to customer e-mails, providing timely responses.
  • Acquire product knowledge to communicate knowledgeably and effectively with customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customer styles/behaviour.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Very good computer skills: Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Detail oriented, goal driven attitude with friendly personality.
  • Must be a good team player, and also can work independently.
  • Knowledge of Bluetooth and Apple/Android APP would be an asset.
  • Previous call center experience would be an asset.
  • Bilingualism an asset.
  • Post-secondary school diploma is preferable.
