Welcome Todd!
Business Sherpa Group (BSG) is very pleased to announce that Todd Luckasavitch has joined BSG as Executive Leader, Talent Solutions.
Todd has had a long career in talent strategy and acquisition for large companies including Nokia, Alcatel-Lucent, IBM and Newbridge. Most recently, Todd was the HR and Talent Leader for Nokia’s global software business and prior to that he was the Head of Global Talent Acquisition leading recruitment teams in over 60 countries.
His Goal
Like all of us at BSG, is to bring his experience and knowledge to small and mid-sized businesses where the impact of adding the right talent has a major impact on results.
Talent Solutions complements existing HR Practice
Our new Talent Solutions practice complements our existing HR practice and builds on BSG’s 10 years of experience providing recruitment support to numerous small and medium sized organizations. Under Todd’s leadership, we are enhancing our ability to service small and mid-sized business so that they can access our dedicated talent team to work as part of their organizations when and as needed.
This approach represents the next wave of talent acquisition that is disrupting old traditional approaches.
